Hear what matters.
Follow through on care.

The people who work in care do not need to be told to care more. They need practical ways to carry what they hear into the work of each day.

That is the thinking behind PulseMD v2. It brings together three connected parts of that work: listening to people’s experiences, organising improvement and staying connected through ongoing care check-ins.

Keep the detail that helps a team understand

A short observation can hold something a score cannot explain. A rating can make participation easier. A structured survey can answer a specific question. Each has a purpose.

PulseMD Listening gives those contributions an appropriate route. Teams can review related signals as themes, recognise good care and examine recurring concerns. Managed kiosks and published questionnaires broaden the ways people can take part.

Make the next step visible

Understanding an issue is a beginning. Someone needs to take it forward, agree the work and return to see what changed.

Improvement in PulseMD connects an issue with owners, tasks, due dates and evidence. Teams can review the response and prepare an approved update. Finishing a task and knowing whether it helped remain distinct parts of the work.

Continue the conversation between visits

A person’s experience continues after the appointment. They may have a question, a change to report or a need to speak with someone.

PulseMD Care supports agreed check-ins and person-centred team review. A caseload brings responses and follow-up into view. Contact history and next steps help colleagues understand what has been read, attempted and agreed.

Programme questionnaires and eligible measures can support a view of reported progress over time. That view needs context: the questions asked, who answered, the timepoint and any missing responses.

Keep the different relationships clear

A public observation about a service and an identifiable care response are different kinds of contribution. They need different access, participation and response arrangements.

Private Care information is not automatically fed into public listening themes. The care service sets review hours and responsibilities. People should understand that arrangement before they participate.

Start with something that matters to your service

You might begin with feedback at one location, an issue the team wants to improve, or a defined care programme. Agree the purpose, who is responsible and how you will review the work.

We would welcome the conversation about where you want to begin.

You care about making it better. Let’s start there.

Bring us a challenge your team is working on. We’ll show you how PulseMD can help you listen, organise a response or stay connected between visits.
